A group of medical students from the 44th batch conducted a successful awareness program about non-communicable diseases (NCDs) among school children at J/Vaitheeshwara College on September 25, 2024. The program aimed to increase understanding of NCDs, promote healthy dietary practices, and equip students with the knowledge to make informed health decisions. Through interactive sessions and a quiz, the program effectively engaged students and improved their knowledge of NCDs and healthy lifestyle choices. This initiative serves as a model for other schools to implement similar programs and contribute to a healthier future generation.
