The workshop on non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and healthy eating habits, conducted by a group of medical students from the 44th batch, was a success at Osmaniya Muslim School on September 30, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Interactive sessions engaged students in grades 9-11 in discussions about their dietary choices and the link to NCDs. Pre- and post-event questionnaires measured understanding and improvement. The students actively participated and shared their learnings with peers, teachers, and the principal. Positive feedback from all participants demonstrated the workshop’s effectiveness in promoting health awareness and empowering students to make informed choices.
