Development of the “TESTCAL GAUGE” Device for Detecting Male Infertility

Male factor infertility contributes significantly to infertility in couples, and many affected men have no identifiable cause. Subtle alterations in spermatogenesis might impact fertility in ways undetectable by current diagnostic methods. This study aims to evaluate a novel diagnostic device, “TESTCAL GAUGE,” developed at the Department of Surgery and Obstetrics & Gynecology, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka, to improve detection of male infertility.
