Membership

Membership of WSFoM shall be open to academic, administrative, non-academic and academic support staff of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna.

Any person directly engaged by the Faculty as academic, administrative, non-academic and academic support staff becomes an automatic member of WSFoM.

Any staff member on posting, transfer, resignation, retirement, incapacity, or death shall cease to be a member of WSFoM.

A member interested in exiting the Society shall submit a written request to the Executive Committee for approval.

A member exiting the Society through postings, resignation, or retirement shall be entitled to a refund of 75 percent of their total contribution if they have not enjoyed any benefit under Article 14,15 &16. Additionally, such a member shall receive a parting gift.
