Core Documents
Applicants should prepare the documents required by the current UGC handbook, which may include:
- Completed current UGC application form
- Advanced Level certificate
- Official statement of results
- Passport bio-data page
- Birth certificate
- English-language certificate, where applicable
- Proof of payment of the application-processing fee
- Evidence of sufficient funds
- Official English translations of documents issued in another language
- Affidavit where names differ between documents
- Additional documents relevant to the applicant’s category
Electronic documents must include a method by which their authenticity can be verified.
Copies should be certified by an appropriate authority, such as:
- Issuing authority or institution
- Notary public
- Commissioner for oaths in the relevant country
