On August 8th, 2024, Jaffna Healthy City hosted a pivotal meeting with the Honorable Governor Mrs.P.S.M.Charles of the Northern Province, representatives Prof. A. Pathmeswaran, Consultant from WHO Colombo Country Office, and Dr. T. Suveendran, National Professional Officer, WHO Colombo Country Office, and key stakeholders. The gathering focused on discussing the ongoing progress and addressing the current challenges faced by Jaffna City in its journey towards becoming a healthier and more sustainable urban community.
