The Faculty of Medicine provides information about the MBBS programme and guidance for prospective students. Eligibility assessment, application processing, selection and formal offers are administered by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.

The UGC is responsible for selecting students for undergraduate admission in consultation with the relevant universities and faculties.
