DCFM and the THEME Institute (Colombo) in collaboration with Northern Provincial Ministry of Health, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and BMC Conflict & Health organized a workshop on scientific writing on February 27th 2017. The purpose of the workshop was to strengthen knowledge and skills in academic publication. Dr. Chesmal Siriwardhana and Dr. Bayard Roberts, Associate Professors at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine were resource persons. The workshop was held at the Faculty Conference Hall, including faculty members, medical practitioners, public health workers, allied health professional, academics and researchers attended.
