A meeting with representative from the Singapore Health Services Pvt. Ltd. and academic staff of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna was held on Tuesday, 15th November 2022 at 10.00 am in the Board Room of Faculty of Medicine to discuss about the research activities.
It was discussed to establish a research centre and expand the collaboration with Singapore Health Services. Dean/Faculty of Medicine, Director/Teaching Hospital, Jaffna, Dr. Niruba Umasankar, Head/Paediatrics, Prof. S. Sivayokan, Consultant Psychiatrist, Teaching Hospital, Jaffna, Dr. P. A. D. Coonghe, Head/Community and Family Medicine attended the above discussion.
