This workshop aimed to educate perimenopausal women in Jaffna about the importance of lifestyle modifications and dispel common myths surrounding hormone replacement therapy (HRT). The program included demonstrations on physical health, nutrition, and stress management, along with discussions on HRT, for the working Women in District Secretariat Office, Jaffna of age 45 to 55 years. The program was held on 27th September 2024 from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. in the auditorium of the District Secretariat Office, Jaffna by a group of medical students from the 44th batch. Participants were provided with pre- and post-questionnaires to assess the effectiveness of the workshop. The overall goal was to improve the health and well-being of perimenopausal women in the community.
