The workshop on non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and healthy food choices, conducted by the 44th batch Medical students, was a resounding success. Held at J/ Kondavil Ramakrishna Maha Vidyalayam on September 30, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, the workshop featured interactive sessions and educational materials, including a leaflet on body mass index, obesity, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. The event effectively increased awareness of these critical health issues and empowered participants to make informed choices for a healthier lifestyle.
