Jaffna Healthy City Project 2026 – Tree Planting Held

A tree-planting event under the Green Jaffna Project 2026 took place on May 2, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. along Aadiyapatham Road in Kokuvil, Jaffna. The event was organized by the Jaffna Medical Association, the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Jaffna, and the Nallur Pradeshiya Sabha. It was supported by the Jaffna Healthy City Initiative, IMPACT, and Green Layer. The initiative aimed to promote environmental awareness and encourage community participation in greening the region.
