The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Faculty of Medicine, in collaboration with the District General Hospital (DGH), Kilinochchi, has initiated with public funded Assisted Reproductive Services at the Centre of Excellence for Women’s Health Care Services.
The project received approval from the relevant Council in June 2025.
Clinicians from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Surgery, Community and Family Medicine will provide clinical expertise and support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of Assisted Reproductive Services at the centre.
The following staff members have been recruited by the University of Jaffna to support the delivery of services at the Centre of Excellence for Women’s Health Care Services, District General Hospital, Kilinochchi. Their Salaries funded by the Jaffna Medical Faculty Overseas Alumni (JMFOA) ,Canada
